Easily tilt the camera from 0 to 90 degrees.
The Tilt plate is a mount that gives the user the ability to look straight down. It can be mounted on top of a Fluid or Geared Head. The user then simply turns the handle and the camera can be moved from 0 to 90 degrees, or anywhere in-between.
