The Grip Bodega Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Grip Bodega. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you require express delivery or delivery at weekends, please contact us prior to ordering.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for orders of £2500.00 and under will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method is via ParcelForce unless stated otherwise.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom & via prior notice.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Customers will be notified if this happens.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s) and any other relevant shipping information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

International  Shipping Policy

The Grip Bodega is happy to ship anywhere in the world via Air or Sea freight. However, our online shop can accomodate shipping to UK addresses only.

Our established shipping network uses multiple shipping methods and agents to assure the safe delivery of your purchase. All shipments are fully insured and size and weight are no problem.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Grip Bodega is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The Grip Bodega will be responsible for the safe delivery of your order to the shippers or their agents. After that, the responsibility lies with the shipper.

 

Damages during Transit

The Grip Bodega is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

The Grip Bodega will ensure all equipment is packed correctly and is delivered to the shippers in perfect condition. If you received your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Then, please contact The Grip Bodega and we will contact the shipping company to confirm your claim.

All claims are dealt with on an individual basis.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
